1. Return Window
- You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your order to initiate a return.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all tags and manuals included.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Email us at contact@gardeningdiys.com or call 02 0865 37913. Include your order number, item name/SKU, and reason for return. Upon approval you will receive a Return Authorization and instructions for shipping.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

4. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within 5 business days of approval or rejection.
- If approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless we are at fault.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product. To exchange, send us an email with your order details; exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6. Non-returnable Items
- Electrical items opened or installed
- Custom-cut keys or made-to-order products
- Clearance, final sale, or hygiene-sensitive goods (e.g., garden gloves once tried on)
